Jurong Regional Library is the third regional library and the largest public library under the National Library Board. The library occupies a total floor space of 12,020 square meters. 

Soonly Pte Ltd was responsible for refurbishing NLB's first "Early Literacy Library," and the areas from the basement up to Level 4's "Verging All Teens."  Jurong Regional Library received a fresh look with the water feature at its entrance, new borrowing stations, built-in cabinets and astro grass floor finishes. 

The new Jurong Regional Library now has luxurious seating areas that provide a more pleasant reading experience for its users.
